We want you to love your look, which is why we offer a 45-day return window for all unworn dresses and accessories in their original condition. Please note that a small restocking fee applies to all returns, while exchanges are always free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the return from the dropdown menu.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items with original tags attached, and drop the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
